My Certifications
Boxer Inspections LLC (TREC #22794, TDA #781996) is the Premier Residential Home Inspection company for Fort Bend and Harris counties. Offering customized inspections for every home and client. Eric is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) to perform home inspections in Texas and has been inspecting since 2017. He is a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI®) through InterNACHI®.
In addition to inspection certifications & training, Eric's education background includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas, an Associates of Science (AS) in Engineering from Austin Community College, a Certificate of Completion in Electronic Technologies from Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX). This education support my knowledge and experience with building structures and the electrical system.
