Eric Christie
Boxer Inspections LLC (#22794, #781996) is the Premier Residential Home Inspection company for Fort Bend and West Harris counties. We offer customized inspections for every home and client. Eric is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) to perform home inspections in Texas, focusing on structure and electrical. Additional certifications are provided through our associations with the National Swimming Pool Foundation (NSPF), the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), and finally, the Texas Professional Real Estate Inspection Association (TPREIA).
Eric’s employment history includes 13 years in the semiconductor industry supporting mechanical equipment and development of mechanical standards for the 300 mm wafer handlers. He transitioned to the oil field as a lead mechanical engineer for Formation Evaluation and Reservoir & Sampling downhole tools. He has led engineering teams and completed multi-million dollar projects successfully. His last occupation Center Sustaining Manager for worldwide perforating - including TCP and Wireline conveyance. Budgetary responsibilities oversight of $20M+ per year. Eric received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas, an Associates of Science (AS) in Engineering from Austin Community College, a minor in Technical Writing, and an Associate of Science in Electronic Systems from Texas A&M University.
